Seasonal Tax Expert - CPA or EA - Work from Home
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
