Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Salem, OR (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months (approx. 12 weeks)

Job Summary The Business Analyst will support the client’s Emergency Response Unit by analyzing current processes, mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and documenting both current and future state operations.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements.
Develop clear workflow maps and process documentation.
Perform gap analysis and identify inefficiencies.
Prepare reports and recommendations for process optimization.
Provide regular status updates to project leadership.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency with workflow mapping and process documentation tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Expected Deliverables
Process analysis report.
Workflow maps of current processes.
Stakeholder interview summaries.
Gap analysis report with recommendations.
Final future-state process documentation and requirements.
Experience: Advanced 7-9 years Documentation, requirements gathering, workflow modeling, meeting facilitation
