Job Overview

We’re looking for a dedicated financial advisor to partner with clients and help them achieve their long‑term financial goals, including retirement, wealth building, estate planning, education funding, and more. As an Edward Jones financial advisor, you’ll develop and grow your own practice with support from your branch team, a home‑office team, and a network of regional advisors. You’ll benefit from 100 years of experience and work in one of the U.S. and Canada’s largest independent brokerages, serving over eight million clients. Key Responsibilities

Build new client relationships through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies, such as residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements. Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies. Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience aligned with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired business results. Create a highly engaging environment that fosters mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability. Qualifications (Skills/Requirements)

An interest in financial services/markets and how they work. Love of learning and challenges, including determination to succeed. Skill in long‑term relationship building. Comfortable thinking critically. Passion for new opportunities. Preferred Educational & Professional Background

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work‑related experience within securities/financial services. Financial services and/or sales experience. Financial services registration, licensing, or certification. Professional or military career progression. Licensing Requirements

Required SIE, Series 7, and Series 66. SIE can be obtained without firm sponsorship. FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses also required. Ongoing training, CE education, and regulatory compliance required to maintain licenses. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation : Trainee pay plus a supplemental salary for up to five years, together with commissions and performance‑based incentives. Supplemental starting salary range: $45,000 – $100,000.
