Position Summary Your Impact (Essential Duties):
Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Perform quarterly and annual accounting to support tax preparation
Review prior returns and documents to identify and address missing information
Record tax information with attention to big‑picture implications, including related entities
Ensure data accuracy and communicate necessary information for tax filings
Calculate quarterly and annual estimated tax liabilities accurately
Participate in tax planning as experience allows to identify client opportunities
Communicate with team members and clients, as directed, to support tax projects
Contribute to team efforts and maintain professional development through training
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize engagements
Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership
Meet annual billable hour and other targets to fulfill individual performance and overall firm productivity
Your Background
CPA license or eligible
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Understanding of tax laws and ability to adapt to changes
Proficiency with tax preparation software and related tools
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and records
Capability to follow procedures and produce high‑quality work
Full‑time commitment and flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet team deadlines
