What your job will be The Treasury Analyst plays a key role in managing daily cash operations, supporting liquidity planning, and ensuring accurate, timely analysis of cash movements across the organization. This role partners closely with Treasury, Accounting, AP/AR, and Finance teams to optimize cash utilization, maintain strong controls, and support short‑term and long‑term cash‑flow visibility. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, timely cash posting, and strong internal controls. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, an excellent communicator, meticulous attention to detail and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor daily cash positions across all bank accounts and ensure accurate reporting of balances and transactions.

Reconcile daily cash activity to bank statements and internal records; resolve discrepancies promptly.

Prepare and maintain daily and monthly cash flow forecasts; analyze variances and provide explanations.

Execute daily cash movements including transfers, funding requests, and investment or debt transactions in accordance with policy.

Support treasury operations including banking administration, fee analysis, and compliance documentation.

Assist with liquidity management by identifying excess cash, funding needs, and opportunities for optimization.

Support audits, month‑end close, and ad‑hoc treasury or finance reporting as needed.

Review and track incoming/outgoing wires, ACH payments, and other disbursement activities to ensure accuracy and control.

Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders.

Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhancements to cash management tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).

1–3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, corporate finance, or accounting preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables and lookups) and familiarity with treasury/workstation systems.

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Experience with bank portals, ERP systems (Excede), or Treasury Management Systems.

Understanding of cash‑flow forecasting methodologies and liquidity management.

Exposure to banking structures, controls, and payment processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with strong problem‑solving skills.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to pass post‑offer drug test, physical and background check.

Compensation

$60,000 – $65,000 depending on qualifications & experience
