Responsibilities
Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions across all payment channels (acquiring, payouts, P2P, refunds, chargebacks)
Matching data between internal accounting systems and bank statements
Identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies
Collaborating with the account and support teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues
Preparing financial reports based on reconciliation results
Participating in the automation and optimization of reconciliation processes
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking
Strong understanding of payment transaction processing principles
Hands‑on experience with reconciliation involving payment providers, banks, and internal systems
Knowledge of payment infrastructure and cash flow principles
Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify errors, and analyze discrepancies
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, structured thinking, and a systematic approach
Financial education (Economics, accounting, financial analytics, or business administration)
Knowledge of English and Russian
Nice to Have
Previous experience in fintech or banking
Skills in SQL or BI tools
Understanding of acquiring, chargeback processes, and payment provider operations
Experience working with PSPs and banks
