What We Do
Enable you to provide best‑in‑class service and support to our clients by leveraging industry‑leading technology and the strongest escrow and underwriting partners in the business. We are transforming the residential real‑estate experience one closing at a time.
What You’ll Do
Complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements
Act as a neutral liaison between file parties, adhere to company policy, and monitor and mitigate risk to the company
Ensure that all funds are properly accounted for and disbursed in accordance with the terms of the contract and company policy
Prepare regular reports on the status of the escrow account and provide these reports to the parties involved in the transaction
Examine property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents
Prepare legal documents for the closure of the sale
Complete closing by recording and filing documents, preparing, and distributing final closing statements and title documents
What You’ll Bring
2‑4 years of escrow‑related experience
Direct experience handling escrow transactions
Openness to new technology and proprietary programs; adapts easily to new workflow
Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication with internal team and external customers; comfortable using various types of communication to meet customer needs
Problem‑solving with strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to navigate internal and external resources to resolve issues
Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations
Comfortable guiding and supporting future talent learning the business
Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state
High school diploma or equivalent
