Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Identify priorities within the organization and create and implement solutions.
Create Standard Operating Procedures.
Review all leases and lease related documents enter into Property Management system.
Ensure that all lease-related transactions; monthly rent, insurance and common area charges are reviewed and properly recorded.
Prepare & track invoicing for tenant utility consumption and other regular charges.
Review Tenant income and expense sections of the budget.
Prepare and send to the tenant monthly billings and invoices.
Coordinate, review and prepare miscellaneous invoices for tenants in conjunction with AR and Property Management.
Review, analyze and document accounts receivable issues between landlord and tenant. Contact tenants for corrections, adjustments and payments.
Prepare and analyze list of delinquent tenants for Property Management and Leasing.
Prepare and handle lease correspondence (default notices, lease notices, violations and collections).
Prepare and review estoppel certificates.
Track critical dates as it relates to the lease related clauses and landlord deadlines.
Assist with lease interpretations as relative to tenant issues.
Review Tax and Operating Expense Base Years and Reconciliations; including CPI increases.
Review work to ensure they are in compliance with department Standard Operating Procedures and Process Narratives.
Prepare and provide financial analysis & critical reports for management and owners.
Qualifications
Must have 2+ years of Lease Administration experience
MRI knowledge required
