Nashville Hotel The Omni Nashville Hotel was specially created to be an authentic expression of Nashville’s vibrant music culture. Across from the new Music City Center, the luxury hotel is a one‑of‑a‑kind experience, fully integrated with an expansion of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum on four levels. Located on Fifth Avenue between Demonbreun and Korean Veterans Blvd, the hotel’s design is a modern expression of the city’s character, incorporating natural materials, exposed steel and regional limestone. The multi‑story hotel and expanded museum share meeting and entertainment space and bring additional restaurants and retail venues to this dynamic downtown destination.
Location Omni Nashville Hotel – 5th Avenue, Nashville, TN

Your primary responsibilities will include completing miscellaneous accounting duties and projects efficiently and accurately while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
Assist in handling customer and vendor inquiries in a timely, efficient manner, including researching and resolving customer issues and vendor requests.
Assist with the processing of all invoices and checks for payment.
Assist with reconciling vendor statements and solving discrepancies.
Process bi‑weekly payroll.
Provide phone coverage and respond to guest questions/concerns.
Assist with accounts receivable functions and duties.
Maintain complete and accurate files to handle vendor and group billing inquiries.
Generate daily labor and revenue reports as needed.
Assist departments with general ledger research and re‑class entries.
Assist with GL functions (entry creation, viewing entries, copy and print, run queries).
Ensure compliance with all Omni Finance SOPs.
Work on special projects.
Prepare and distribute various reports when needed.
Maintain open communication with all departments.
Display and effectively communicate Omni Culture.
Perform other tasks requested by the Accounting Manager, Assistant Directors of Finance, and Director of Finance.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of accounting administrative experience within the past three years, including hotel front office experience. Hotel accounting experience strongly preferred.
College degree or formal accounting education preferred.
Experience with payroll and/or accounts receivable strongly preferred.
Experience in a high‑customer‑contact environment, answering customer questions and handling concerns.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with guests, management and co‑workers.
Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems.
Ability to work cohesively with co‑workers both within and outside of your department.
Strong mathematical calculation ability.
Clear thinking, quick decision‑making, strong problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to operate printer, photocopier and telephone.
Professional appearance and positive guest experience.
Strong organization, attention to detail and multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm, welcoming demeanor.
Ability to meet scheduling demands, including Monday–Friday office hours and weekends as needed.
Requires sitting for extended periods or entire shift.
Requires repetitive motion, including extended use of telephone/computer for entire shift.
