Responsibilities
Greet clients with a friendly smile and assess their banking needs.
Assist with account inquiries, handle transactions, and recommend banking products.
Provide excellent client service and share knowledge of bank products and services.
Maintain accurate records and perform tasks with attention to detail.
Work a typical schedule of 8 am–6 pm Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays 8 am–noon.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathy for client inquiries.
Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Detail‑oriented, collaborative mindset and passion for client service.
