Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temp-to-Perm) Lodi, NJ | On-Site

25–$28/hour (Temporary with strong potential for permanent hire)

LHH is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented

Accounts Receivable Specialist

for a

true temp-to-permanent opportunity

with a growing company in

Lodi, New Jersey .

Construction industry experience is strongly preferred , ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

full-cycle accounts receivable

including billing, cash application, and collections

Generate and distribute

customer invoices , including progress billing and job-related billing

Apply payments via

check, ACH, and wire

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve

discrepancies and short pays

Maintain accurate

AR aging reports

Follow up on

past-due balances

and communicate with customers regarding payment status

Support

month-end close and reporting

Qualifications

2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience

required

Construction industry or job-costing experience strongly preferred

Comfortable with

progress billing, retainage, and contract billing

Proficient in

Excel and accounting systems

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Ability to work fully

on-site in Lodi, NJ
