Description The St. Anthony Hotel is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment by performing protective and enforcement functions while managing emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances, and threats to life and property.
Situated in the heart of downtown overlooking Travis Park, the AAA Four Diamond St. Anthony Hotel offers easy access to historic landmarks in San Antonio, Texas.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Patrol interior and perimeter to observe potential safety and security risks.
Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats.
Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
Write reports and ensure accurate documentation.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues timely, friendly, efficient.
Monitor CCTV system.
Promote safe work practices.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
Minimum 6 months experience as a loss prevention agent, preferably in hotel environment.
Knowledge of CCTV systems and computers.
Availability to work overnights.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
