Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Troy, MI, with some flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and fostering strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include showing properties, conducting market analysis, preparing contracts and paperwork, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The agent will also collaborate with team members and leverage marketing tools to promote listings effectively.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in market research, property marketing, and real estate sales strategies
Experience with client relationship management and providing excellent customer service
Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions, including contracts and documentation
Comfortable leveraging online platforms, social media tools, and CRM software for marketing and client engagement
Valid real estate license in the State of Michigan and reliable transportation
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Passion for real estate and a commitment to staying updated on market trends
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is a plus
