Mid-Level Real Estate Associate
to join its dynamic and collaborative Real Estate practice in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with
4-6 years of experience
who is looking for sophisticated work, meaningful responsibility, and a supportive environment that values work-life balance.
Base pay range $260,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate
commercial leases
(office and retail) for both owners and tenants; experience with
data center leasing
is a plus.
Handle
purchase and sale transactions
for commercial properties in New York and across the U.S.
Review and negotiate
commercial loan documentation , primarily representing borrowers, and manage loan closings including preparation of opinion letters.
Represent borrowers in
construction and development loans , coordinating with zoning counsel, architects, and contractors to satisfy lender requirements.
Prepare
LLC and Joint Venture Agreements
for real estate transactions.
Assist corporate clients with analysis and review of
owned and leased properties .
Qualifications
4-6 years of real estate experience
at a law firm.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Excellent academic credentials and client-facing communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.Admission to practice in
New York
required.
