RemoteVA PH is seeking a Roofing Estimator with strong experience in material takeoffs and cost estimation for roofing and siding projects. The ideal candidate must be proficient in PlanSwift and capable of working from both architectural drawings and project images. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate estimates for materials and labor.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed material takeoffs and cost estimates for roofing and siding projects using PlanSwift.
Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and project images to identify materials and quantities.
Enter and maintain project data using Google Sheets and internal templates.
Communicate effectively with team members through WhatsApp and email for project coordination.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned estimating tasks.
