Maintenance Supervisor (Poultry Processing)

Base Pay:
$80,000–$90,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and schedule maintenance technicians across day or night shift.
Lead troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities on production lines, refrigeration, and facility systems.
Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA, USDA, HACCP, and plant policies.
Partner closely with Operations, QA, and Engineering to support uptime and throughput goals.
Monitor daily work orders, prioritize tasks, and keep accurate documentation.
Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and enhance overall plant performance.
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in meat or food manufacturing.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with conveyors, grinders, mixers, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems.
Ability to lead teams on either shift and adapt to changing priorities.
Solid communication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused leadership style.
