We're hiring for a skilled and safety-conscious Pile Driver Operator to support solar farm construction projects across the country. In this role, you’ll operate heavy machinery to drive foundational piles with precision, helping ensure the structural integrity of solar arrays.
Your Role in Action
Operate pile drivers mounted on skids, barges, crawler treads, or locomotive cranes to drive pilings for retaining walls, bulkheads, and foundations of structures.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Perform other labor-related responsibilities.
Work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
Tools for the Job
Experience with small impact drivers, typically used on PV solar plants (Vermeer PD‑10).
The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
Ability to pass a pre‑employment background, drug, and alcohol screening.
Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds.
Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel).
Composite or steel toe work boots.
What Makes You Standout
Knowledge of Trimble or Topcon GPS.
Interest in a career in renewable energy.
Light equipment experience, such as forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, and loaders.

Pay Range : $22.00 – $28.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility.
