Machine Operator
Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt):
$18.25 - $19.00 per hour (DOE)
Work Schedule (Monday-Friday):
11:15 p.m. – 7:17 a.m.
Training:
Up to 6 weeks during the 1st shift schedule (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) prior to working on the 3rd shift (11:15 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.)

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
Experience in setting up and operating semi-automated machines
At least three (3) months in a manufacturing environment
Some experience using a microscope
Basic computer skills
Good math skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience with ADT 7122 dicing saw machines
Vocational school emphasis in electronics
Working in a Clean Room Environment
Hands‑on experience with Comma Coater or NCC machine
Essential Functions
Upload program instructions on the traveler to stack sheets of dielectric material.
Stack sheets of dielectric material.
Read travelers to ensure correct build-up design and dielectric type.
Locate program files and perform data recording in SPC Data Entry.
Inspect stacked bars through the microscope.
Remove, install and maintain flanges, blade change, balance, and set up programs.
Inspect each part to ensure cuts meet specifications.
Work closely with Engineering to ensure yields meet expectations and machines function properly.
Assist in performing preventative maintenance on the machines.
Physical And Mental Demands
Use microscope, 25% of shift
Standing/Walking 90% of shift; Sitting 10% of shift
Twisting of neck and waist 90% of shift
Reaching above shoulder, simple hand grasping up to 20% of shift
Stoop and bend, reaching above shoulder, simple hand grasping up to 90% of shift
Lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 lbs, 50% of shift
Occasional fast paced environment, adaptability
Follow clear verbal/written procedures without deviation
Adhere to provided work schedule to meet qualitative production standards
Interact with co-workers to complete tasks
Perform assigned tasks
