What You Will Do

Coordinate the Escape Management Process: including population bounding, leading/coaching investigation teams to identify robust root causes, and following up on corrective and preventive action implementation.

Facilitate and coach Problem Resolution Team (PRTs) for escapes cross‑functional.

Foster and maintain a cooperative relationship with Quality Engineer, Procurement, Program Quality, Product Recall, Customer Support, DCMA, and leverage clinic‑to‑clinic interaction across PW enterprise.

Manage customer return process.

Improve RCCA proficiency throughout assigned organization, including driving personal improvement in RCCA competence.

Maintain Quality Clinic and/or individual certifications; support the maintenance of all Clinic metrics.

Maintain CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) discipline and certifications.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and minimum 5 years experience in an aerospace, engineering, machine shop, manufacturing, quality or closely related industrial environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Knowledge and understanding of continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Lean.

Familiarity with the 8D investigation process.

Qualifications We Prefer

Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment of aerospace products.

Experience using CORE tools.

Prior experience in a team lead/supervisory capacity.
