Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee general and higher level maintenance, ensuring resident satisfaction and property upkeep.
Responsibilities
Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, etc.
Respond timely to resident service requests.
Work on‑call including weekends and nights (on‑call bonus).
Participate in preventative maintenance: pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, apartment inspections.
Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment; inventory supplies.
Qualifications
Minimum three years maintenance experience in multifamily industry.
1–2 years supervisory experience.
Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal).
Valid driver’s license with clean record and dependable transportation.
CPO certification (if required in state/location).
Knowledge of OneSite preferred.
Physical & Technical Requirements
Use hand tools and test equipment.
Bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods.
Push/pull up to 300 lb on wheels.
Lift up to 100 lb.
Climb ladders up to 40 ft.
Use hand‑truck.
Make ordinary apartment homes spectacular.
