About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our hiring needs for a short‑term engagement. This role will focus on filling technology positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and skilled in managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for technology and professional services roles.
Manage the full recruitment process, including interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment with hiring goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technology (ie: machine learning, software engineer, etc.)
Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and networking.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent positions.
Knowledge of current market trends in technology.
Compensation
$48‑$72 per hour
