Maintenance Supervisor - Lake Worth Towers

Job Responsibilities Prepare or assist in preparing apartment turns for new residents, including painting, flooring, general repairs, and housekeeping. Perform hands‑on maintenance of the property, including overall inspection, repair, and upkeep of apartment homes and interior/exterior areas. Act as a team leader, delegating, supervising, directing, and assisting maintenance associates. Install and repair electrical systems, appliances, HVAC equipment, and related components. Conduct various preventative maintenance functions and document findings in the maintenance log. Provide on‑call emergency service as required. Assist general maintenance staff in maintaining grounds and keeping them free of trash and debris. Monitor the maintenance and upkeep of mechanical equipment in the community, including water heaters, HVAC units, etc. Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and electrical fixtures. Replace faulty electrical components (e.g., relays, switches, motors) and position sensing devices. Ideal Candidate A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). At least three (3) years of hands‑on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous supervisory experience (preferred). An EPA or CFC certification. Benefits As a TRGM Employee Base salary + performance bonus.
