Automotive Technician

Overview We’re hiring Automotive Mechanics with at least 1 year of professional experience in automotive repair to join our Inspection Centers. As a Brake & Tire Technician you’ll perform light maintenance and repairs—including changing brakes, tires, and wheel alignments.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles.
Execute basic mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments.
Execute light maintenance and repairs as outlined below across Technician roles:
Entry‑Level Auto Technician (min 6 months experience): light maintenance, fluid checks, initial inspection for reconditioning needs.
Brake and Tire Technician (min 1 year experience): light maintenance or repairs, including changing brakes and tires.
Mid‑Level Technician (min 3 years experience): light to medium repairs and minimal diagnostics.
Experienced Technician (min 5 years experience): extensive repairs, heavy engine work, and advanced diagnostics for all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; may be subject to an MVR check.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and operate vehicle equipment safely.
Strong ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, production environment with variable weather conditions.
Comfortable using safety equipment: face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
