Human Resources Generalist Job Summary The Human Resource Generalist (HRG) fosters a positive work environment by managing employee relations programs and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HRG serves as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting policies that support engagement and retention. Administrative tasks and services support effective operations of the organization’s human resource department.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree or higher in Human Resources or related field preferred.

1 or more years of experience in an office or customer service role.

General knowledge of employment laws.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Proficient with, or ability to quickly learn, an HR Information System (HRIS) and related applications.

Valid identification required.

Notary Public or the ability to obtain one preferred.
