Compensation $30.00 – $36.00 / hour (DOE) + Potential Performance Bonuses

Job Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in high‑end residential and commercial settings.
Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams with high precision.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local compliance standards.
Act as a professional, clean‑cut communicator and representative of the brand on‑site with luxury homeowners and site managers.
Execute specialty projects, including high‑end lighting design and backup generator systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensure: Valid State of Texas Journeyman, Wireman, or Master Electrician License.
Experience: Proven background in residential or commercial electrical work; experience with high‑end custom homes is a significant plus.
Equipment: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a full set of tools for the initial introductory period.
Professionalism: Must be clean‑cut and carry yourself well. Due to the high‑end nature of the job sites, no highly‑visible face, neck, or hand tattoos are permitted.
Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
