Receiving Inspector
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Receiving Inspector to join a leading medical device manufacturing team in Irvine, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impact on a team contributing to breakthrough medical technologies.

Base pay range:
$21.50/hr

Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical, visual, and functional inspections on received components.
Utilize a variety of measurement instruments and testing equipment to verify product quality.
Ensure compliance with quality requirements through statistical process control methods.
Partner with engineers and supplier management to address issues, resolve nonconformances, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
Keep the inspection workspace organized and clean.
Adhere to all applicable quality management system policies and procedures.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
HS Diploma
1-2 years of receiving inspection experience preferably within Aerospace or Medical Device industries
Background in Good Documentation Practices (GDP) preferred.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, digital multimeters, and microscopes a plus.
