Associate Recruitment Consultant - Texas Construction - Commercial & Multifamily Division We are partnering with a reputable construction company in the El Paso market to identify an experienced
Commercial Construction Superintendent
to lead
ground-up and complex commercial projects
from start through completion.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who takes ownership of the jobsite, drives schedules, and consistently delivers high‑quality work safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on‑site construction activities for
commercial construction projects
Manage daily field operations, jobsite logistics, and construction sequencing
Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and local authorities
Enforce safety standards and maintain a strong jobsite safety culture
Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and building codes
Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch lists
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and project teams
Participate in preconstruction planning and constructability reviews
Manage project closeout activities and turnover
Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on
commercial construction projects
Proven experience with
ground‑up and/or large‑scale commercial builds
Experience across sectors such as:
Office
Retail
Hospitality
Education
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
Deep understanding of construction sequencing and means & methods
OSHA certification preferred
Seniority Level Mid-Senior level
