As a Critical Environments Project Manager you will lead high‑visibility data‑center and hospital construction projects. You will independently manage full‑scope projects while mentoring teams, managing schedule, scope, budget, and risk. You will maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and internal teams; identify and secure add‑services opportunities; and drive informed decisions to keep projects on track. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of building design and construction processes. Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction‑related discipline. 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals). MEP experience in ground‑up construction is required. Excellent analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
