Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service.
Assist customers with seafood selections.
Set up, maintain, clean, fill, and rotate seafood display cases.
Lift up to 60 lbs. as needed and perform other physical duties.
Work under direct supervision in a fast‑paced grocery store environment.
Work in a typical fast‑paced grocery store. Physical requirements include lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling.
Qualifications
Read and write Spanish/English and communicate with customers and coworkers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
Be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs., 45 lbs., and occasionally 60 lbs.
Have a Food Handler Card (or equivalent certification).
Basic PC/Outlook skills (extra).
Retail Management Certificate (extra).
