Job Details
Full‑time, hourly pay: $19.00 – $23.10 per hour (and $28.50 – $34.65 per hour on weekends)
Average hourly rates for DSP drivers: $24.50 – $26.95 per hour (including weekends)
Average hourly rates for non‑drivers: $22.17 – $24.38 per hour (including weekends)
Shifts: Sun‑Tue 8 pm–8 am (12‑hour shifts; one weekend day each week). Premium pay for weekend shifts (1.5× hourly rate)
Up to 16 days off per month; flexible schedule options include a 3‑day work week with 4 days off.

The Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well‑being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference.

Provide individualized support with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community outings.
Foster independence by helping individuals develop life skills and make choices.
Promote social inclusion by supporting participation in community activities.

Collaborate effectively with a supportive team of DSPs, supervisors, and families.
