Familiarity with safety regulations and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Bilingual fluency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
OSHA 10 or 30‑hour certification
