Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Aerospace Laminate Technician role located in Canton, GA. The technician will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of composite parts, including prepreg laminating, maintaining compliance with specifications and quality standards, and performing autoclave and oven cures.
Qualifications
Experience with composite lamination techniques
Proficiency in precise cutting and kitting processes and working with complex fiber materials
Familiarity with autoclave and oven cure processes, and handling composite core assemblies
Basic understanding of metrology tools for quality assurance
Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards in aerospace or manufacturing environments
Physical ability to stand for long periods, operate equipment, and lift materials as required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in composites or related fields is a plus
Previous experience in aerospace or manufacturing industries is advantageous
