Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and inspire your service team to deliver top performance.
Manage the make‑ready process, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency response.
Ensure service requests are completed quickly and professionally, with clear communication to residents.
Maintain curb appeal, building systems, and common areas to GoldOller’s high standards.
Partner with your Community Manager to manage budgets, vendors, and capital projects.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred).
Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and refurbishing.
EPA Certification required; HVAC and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
Proficiency with RealPage products (OneSite, Ops Technology) a plus.
Ability to lead a team with professionalism, accountability, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and your own tools.
