Service - What You Need

1-2 years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment

Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years

Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software

Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer

Experience with: variable speed units, mini splits, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.

EPA Certification, Nate preferred
