Summary Join our team as a Production Associate. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting product distribution and handling raw and cooked packaged products. Typical assignments include line operation, palletizing, picking, and sanitation.
Shift(s)
Typically 3–5 days a week, with overtime as needed.
A – Day Shift: 7:30/8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Wednesday – Saturday
B – Night Shift: 7/7:30 pm – 4:30 am, Monday – Friday
B2 – Night Shift: 7/7:30 pm – 7:30 am, Thursday – Saturday
C – Day Shift: 6/6:30 am – 7:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday

Principal And Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products
Operate machinery and equipment in line with safety protocols and SOPs
Maintain a clean, organized work area to uphold food safety standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Participate in company and department safety programs
Minimum Education
High School or equivalent (preferred but not required)
Experience Preferred
Experience in a distribution warehouse
Environmental Factors And Physical Requirements
Exposure to wet and moist floors with metal and plastic grating surfaces
Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Lifting objects up to 50 lbs by bending and pushing boxes
Wear PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection as required
Work in temperatures ranging from 28 °F to 100 °F
Handle product temperatures between 25 °F and 50 °F
Noise exposure ranges from 50 dB to 110 dB
Potential exposure to dust, feathers, and chemicals used in poultry processing
Occasional brief exposure to carbon dioxide vapors (10 ppm) and chlorine ( Seniority Level
