Mentor team members to build technical competencies in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and career growth. Assign daily work tasks to team members and monitor task accomplishment; ensure team has the proper tools, supplies, and equipment needed for successful task completion. Support factory continuous improvement initiatives. Perform required training for all employees and conduct behavioral based safety observations. Ensure safety, corrective and preventative maintenance work orders are completed in a timely manner. Assist in budget preparation and reporting, maintaining a low cost and high‑efficiency operation. Plan and schedule activities associated with installation and commissioning of new manufacturing lines. Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. 4+ years experience in Industrial electricity with solid PLC and computer background. 1+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, warehouse or military or related environment preferred. Pay and Benefits
The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 – $123,000. Final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location.
