Base Pay Range $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Coordinator to support our restoration projects in Arizona. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met.

Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Schedule and oversee subcontractors and vendors.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Assist in budget management and cost tracking.

Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must have previous restoration coordination experience.

Proven experience in construction coordination or project management.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of restoration processes is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with residential and commercial restoration projects.
