Responsibilities
Act as the owner’s representative managing the project from late stage design through construction, handover and transfer to operations.
Own delivery of cost, schedule, quality and safety across the full project scope.
Lead coordination with EPCM partners, design build contractors and internal stakeholders.
Chair and manage all project meetings, ensuring clear actions and accountability.
Review and manage change orders, invoices, budgets and commercial agreements.
Oversee project controls, reporting, metrics and monthly updates to site leadership.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to protect schedule and cost.
Ensure all contractors comply with site safety, quality and environmental standards.
Support documentation, turnover and handover to commissioning, qualification and operations teams.
Experience Required
10+ years’ experience delivering complex construction projects valued at $50M+.
Proven leadership across design and construction phases on active sites.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced site environment.
Experience in regulated or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments highly desirable.
Initial 12 month W2 contract with strong extension potential.
Fully on site in Lebanon, Indiana, five days per week.
