Key Skills / Responsibilities
Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM), handling check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night inquiries.
Own the night audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure all numbers are accurate.
Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe.
Generate the Daily Report and Daily Flash Report for management.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word documents; troubleshoot problems independently.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
