Staff Accountant Salary Range: Starting from $65,000.00/yr (based on experience).

We are seeking a

Staff Accountant

to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity organization. The Staff Accountant supports daily and monthly accounting activities, assists with month‑end closing, and helps ensure the accuracy of financial data. This position works closely with senior accounting staff and the Corporate Controller.

What You Will Do Month‑End Close & General Accounting

Perform balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations.

Research and resolve reconciliation variances under guidance from senior staff.

Assist with preparing journal entries (prepaids, accruals, inventory, depreciation uploads, etc.).

Accounts, Banking & Transactions

Assist with inter‑company receivable and payable reconciliations.

Record banking activity and help prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

Reconcile corporate credit card activity and ensure proper GL coding.

Support fixed asset documentation and processing of additions.

Reporting & Administrative Support

Prepare recurring internal reports used by the accounting team.

Assist in documenting accounting procedures and maintaining internal controls.

Support annual audit preparation by gathering schedules and documentation.

Assist with preparing sales/use tax reports.

Provide general accounting assistance and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1‑3 years of accounting experience (internships or entry‑level roles acceptable).

Experience preparing account reconciliations.

Basic understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices.

Proficiency with Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, basic Pivot Tables) and ability to learn new systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Positive, adaptable attitude and eagerness to learn.
