Senior Cost Analyst role at
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting . A PE-backed manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to support a $15–20M business unit within a larger $220M+ organization. This role partners with plant operations and finance, driving accurate cost accounting, process improvements, and financial visibility. This role will be onsite 3x per week in the North Shore area. Compensation for this role is between $110k-$130k plus 15% bonus. Responsibilities
Own product cost analysis: direct/indirect costs, overhead, variances, and inventory valuation Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Maintain accurate inventory and ensure strong internal controls Assist in audits and ensure GAAP compliance Drive process improvements across manufacturing finance Collaborate with operations, engineering, and sales Qualifications
