Manages case management efforts, ensuring timely resolution of compensation‑related inquiries and issues. Conducts job evaluations and market pricing to determine appropriate compensation levels including determination of appropriate FLSA status. Collaborates with HR business partners and leaders to address compensation‑related concerns and provide guidance. Develops and maintains job descriptions and job architecture for assigned markets. Processes compensation‑related transactions accurately and efficiently to meet service level agreement (SLA) targets. Qualification Requirements

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed include: Bachelor’s degree (required) Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) – accredited issuing body Pay Range
