Apartment Leasing Professionals
who are dependable, motivated, and customer service-driven. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
Job Duties
Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community.
Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process.
Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Accurately handle deposits and rent payments.
Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports.
Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
Job Qualifications
Minimum 6-12 months of apartment leasing experience.
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing.
Availability to work weekends as needed.
