We’re Hiring : Sr. Analyst – Asset Management
Location : Plano, TX 75024 (100% Onsite)
Duration : 12+ Month Contract
Schedule : Monday–Friday
About the Role Our client is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Senior Analyst – Asset Management to join their Asset Management team in Plano, TX. If you love working with fixed assets, thrive in SAP, and enjoy collaborating across finance and operations, this role is for you!
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining accurate fixed asset accounting records while ensuring full compliance with GAAP and internal capitalization policies.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and manage fixed asset accounting records
Ensure GAAP compliance for all asset-related activities
Handle asset data maintenance (capitalization, depreciation, disposals, releases, SAP settlements)
Support monthly and period-end financial close activities
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
Provide variance analysis and flux commentary for senior leadership
Conduct asset audits and reconciliations
Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
✅ 4+ years of experience in Fixed Asset Management
✅ Strong experience with SAP ERP
✅ Solid understanding of GAAP and asset capitalization policies
⭐ CPA preferred (nice to have, not required)
Note : Candidates with only general finance experience (no asset management exposure) will not be preferred.
