We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and motivated
Front Desk Coordinator
to join our growing team. This is a patient-facing leadership role where you'll be the first and last point of contact for our patients and a key driver of practice flow, communication, and retention. The ideal candidate is
bilingual (spanish/english) , confident, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting. A background or strong familiarity with chiropractic or multidisciplinary healthcare is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up appointments for multiple providers Present care plans and explain services with clarity and confidence Handle payments, insurance verifications, and patient account management Drive patient retention and reactivation through excellent service and follow-up Collaborate closely with providers and assistants to optimize clinic flow Support internal marketing efforts and assist with social media content as needed Ensure the front office runs smoothly, with a proactive eye for improvements What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
— you're comfortable speaking with patients about care plans and recommending services Sales-minded
— you’re confident guiding patients toward appropriate treatment plans and converting inquiries into appointments Highly organized
— able to juggle schedules, patient needs, and office operations with poise Healthcare-savvy
— prior experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or a multi-service clinic is a big plus Tech-friendly
— familiarity with EHR systems (ChiroTouch or similar) and office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office) A team player who can manage both front-desk duties and office administration with professionalism Preferred Qualifications
2+ years in a front desk or office coordinator role, ideally in a healthcare setting Experience with patient education, insurance benefits, or healthcare sales Understanding of chiropractic philosophy and integrative care models Bilingual is required Benefits
