Leasing Administrator – Commercial Onni Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Leasing Administrator to support our Leasing Department in the preparation, execution, and management of commercial real estate leasing transactions and related legal documents. Location

Los Angeles, CA Responsibilities

Draft commercial real estate agreements including leases, licenses, amending agreements, assignments, and subleases. Draft indemnity agreements, guarantor agreements, estoppel agreements, and negotiate letter of credit forms. Coordinate processing, documentation, and execution of all lease‑related documents such as letters of intent, broker agreements, leases, amendments, and renewals. Negotiate subsidiary contracts with tenants following company compliance standards. Conduct corporate ID searches. Track all critical lease dates and ensure updates are timely and accurate in all internal files. Maintain the department’s step‑down language database. Proofread documents for accuracy and consistency. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Commercial Real Estate. Legal Administrative Assistant experience. Bachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate is a plus). Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office. Excellent planning, organizational, and follow‑up skills. Meticulous attention to detail and high ethical standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure. Notary Public license is a plus. Benefits
