Manager, O2C Financial Systems (Zuora)
Relativity is looking for a Manager to own Zuora platform operations, serve as the end‑to‑end process subject matter expert, and lead project teams supporting Billing/Collections and Revenue Accounting initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Financial Systems, is hybrid/remote with some travel. Job Overview
Owner of Zuora configuration (Billing and Revenue/RevPro) to meet business needs, lead roadmap initiatives, champion AI‑driven innovation and automation, triage bug fixes, participate in all stages of the SDLC, and maintain collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders while ensuring audit and SOX compliance. Responsibilities
Administer and own configuration of Zuora platform (Billing and Revenue/RevPro) to meet business needs and support scalable growth. Lead and execute roadmap objectives increasing accuracy and efficiency. Champion innovation and automation through AI and other intelligent solutions. Triage and identify bug fixes required for Zuora while working with 3rd party resources. Participate in all stages of the SDLC, from QA to UAT, for Zuora‑related fixes and dependent system impacts. Maintain tight collaboration with key cross‑functional stakeholders and drive alignment. Ensure compliance controls satisfy audit and SOX requirements. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of combined hands‑on technical financial systems experience, including Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro. In‑depth functional knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition standards. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business and technical teams. Solid understanding of data reporting tools. Integration experience with Salesforce CPQ, Workday Financials, and Adaptive Insights a plus. Exceptional attention to detail. Compensation
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for a total compensation package that includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is $116,000 to $174,000, based on candidate experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Suggested Skills
