Executive Search Consultant | Delivering Gems of Talent to RIA's, Single Family & Multi-Family Offices Nationwide Multi-Billion-Dollar RIA – Winston-Salem, NC
Join an established, growing, multi-billion-dollar RIA expanding its Winston-Salem office. Work directly with senior advisors to deliver comprehensive, planning-driven wealth management to high net worth families, with immediate exposure to meaningful client relationships and a clear path toward senior advisory and future equity.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Lead Advisors on financial, tax, estate, and investment planning
Participate in and help lead client meetings
Manage and deepen client relationships within an ensemble team
Contribute to a collaborative, planning-focused culture
What’s Offered
$100,000–$120,000 base + $15,000–$18,000 in bonuses
