About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator specializing in commercial interior finish-outs with a focus on glass installations for conference rooms, Herculite doors, and mirror quotes for commercial lease spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates for glass and mirror projects in commercial interiors.
Review project specifications and drawings to develop detailed cost proposals.
Collaborate with project managers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients to support project success.
Expand into
residential luxury estimating , focusing on
high-end showers and custom mirrors
for premium homes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in glass and mirror estimating for commercial projects.
Strong understanding of interior finish-out processes and materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
