Position Summary Left Field Properties is seeking a self‑motivated, bilingual (Eng/Sp) individual to serve as Assistant Property Manager at a newly acquired property. The role is on‑site at a property with predominantly Spanish‑speaking tenancy, so proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Reporting directly to the Multi‑Site Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager will collect physical payments, general tenant communications, show apartments/leasing, procure social media posts, and perform any other relevant tasks that may arise.
